Every time exams would roll around at UTC, someone would call in a bomb threat. I assume this goes for every campus across the country. It's tiresome and plays into the whole "cry wolf" scenario. 9 times out of 10 it's going to be some idiot who didn't study hard enough to pass his or her class.
