Chirac from France really is helping out. We are getting $660,000 for training troops and he's sending 1(Yes 1) soldier to train troops. That 1 troop is being sent to Brussels.

Just remember where France was before WWII, with the blinders on about Hitler and the Nazis, just tolerating NATO as the USSR stood poised over Europe, and now all of their actions in the Middle East. France's ONLY motivation is what is good for France today, not what could be good for France in the near future.
