Trump Approval Rating Makes Big Jump

While the GOP is still trailing in some areas, Trump has made a big jump in his approval rating in the last month according to this poll by Monmouth.

To be fair to Trump, it wasn't a bad State of the Union.  It was overly self congratulatory and full of half-truths, but he didn't treat it like one of his Twitter tantrums.  He was able to stay above the bar, which he's been instrumental in lowering to subterranean levels.  Kudos?

I'm curious. What were the many half truths you mention.

And I would say to drain the swamp sometimes you have to get in it. And the swamp is full of folks from both parties.

I couldn't get past the first one since it shows nothing untrue that I see. But so be it. I've never heard a SOTU that didn't have half truths or outright lies so I will grant you these if they are important to you. In the big picture he gave an outstanding  speech. You may not like him but I believe he genuinely love our country and is doing what he thinks is right for the country.

If you're going to ask the question, the least you can do is engage the response.  He provided you with several links responding to your question.  Why be dismissive?

There are a lot of half truths, mostly this, or mostly that.... Doubt that it differs greatly from previous SOTUs. I do not have a problem with giving Trump credit for some jobs and optimism commencing election day. Building projects and expansions very visible along the coast within days after. True is the SB optimism index  level.

With that said President Trump did inherent a decent economy.
