Except for plagarism in college, he might have had the pleasure of being the losing demoncratic candidate for President. He's just a loud-mouthed, bad hair, wannabe intellectual who probably would not be able to make his way in the world of business, but I suppose the poeple of Del. must be satisfied or he has bluffed them for years.
