bigsixfive 328
Savage said the acquisition of running back Reuben Droughns does not preclude the Browns from using the third overall pick on a running back. If the Browns stay at pick three it’s likely two – and maybe all three – of the draft’s trio of top backs (Ronnie Brown and Cadillac Williams of Auburn and Cedric Benson of Texas) will be available. “If that happens,†Savage said, “we’re going to the wishbone offense.†This would be interesting... inserting one of our players into a similar scenario they were in at AU. Too bad they couldn't get both of our backs, or at least Campbell and a back... bammanmr 0
I'd LOVE to see the Browns take one of our guys. The browns are prob. my 2nd favorite AFC team and it's been hard watching them try and run the ball the last few years. IMO, even with Droughns, White, and Green, if they drafted RB or CW there would be no controversy, those other guys would become specators. AUslug 1
I don't have a favorite NFL team but I like to watch the Browns more than some other teams, you are right about watching their running game, painful.
Erik81 0
I don't want Campbell going there-Cleveland fans cheered when Couch got injured.
