AU Tailgating Rules 0
http://www.al.com/sports/mobileregister/in...3210.xml&coll=3 Just curious to see what everyone's thoughts are on an "early signing period" for football. Seems like recruiting season gets earlier and earlier every year. This should probably be in the recruiting forum, but given that it is off season, what the heck
rolltoomer 0
The part about guys decommitting from their high school is analogous to guys leaving college early for the NFL. This is a runaway freight train that no one knows how to control.
SouthLink02 8
Doesn't Texas have like their entire 2007 class already committed?
AWK 0
Notre Dame has their Heisman winning high school Kid already signed.
DKW 86 7,431
Notre Dame has their Heisman winning high school Kid already signed. 234659 The Bama folks are already accusing them of cheating by signing their Heisman winning high school Kid. Everybody knows that the Crimson Tide sign two to three Heisman Trophy winners every year. Heck, some are locks to win it 2-3 times while at Bama. Just ask Tyler Watts. Texan4Auburn 1,626
Doesn't Texas have like their entire 2007 class already committed? 234588 Ya pretty much, and its not uncommon for them. Lot of players in Texas and most stay in state, so they go ahead and commit to get their spot.
WarTiger 3,910
Look at what money...er, i mean Orgeron at Ole Miss has waiting in the wings. Hasn't he "offered" something like 27 kids and that was a few months ago...
SouthLink02 8
Texas really does the best job of recruiting their own state, imo They recruit incredibly well
