bojack34 2 Posted September 24, 2006 Share Posted September 24, 2006 Hey guys remember in the last few weeks bammer people have been comparing this years team to the 92' bammers. Well i wonder how they feel now after the beatdown they got from arky. While we are on beatdowns here is to auburn hoping we don't have any beatdowns coming to us. I remember last week all the talk about playing weak teams like buffalo. It was said somewhere that none of the top schools would play us. buffalo just opened the door for all the little schools wanting play now. The tigers better get there heads screwed on straight for the rest of the season. Don't give me that crap how we were not up for the game and how we were very conservative on offense either. Even with conservative play calling their is no excuse for allowing buffalo to stay in the game as long as they did. We are a conservative team and I think that is achilles heel. Just my 2 cents. Thing is...the only people in the country who are truly shocked that Arky beat bammer are the bammers. Everyone else is not really too surprised because they are honestly very equal teams. I think our coaching staff is lower tier, Arkansas got luck when it counted, and both programs are not where they DESERVE to be thanks to their coaching staffs. No offense, but I actually think we're the better team. Arkansas came away with W because Shula was able to out-dumb Nutt... a feat that isn't perfected often.
