sogaaufan 27
I love an Iron Bowl victory as much as anyone in the AU family and I am on cloud nine now and will be for a while, but a thought struck me that I would like some input on. UA was only a 6-5 team coming into this game. Three of their victories have come against three of the worst teams in college football. MSU (the worst team in the SEC) beat them worse than we did. I know the BCS is out of the question, but I know Bama hurts our strength of schedule. My question is, do we drop in the polls since we only beat this terrible team by seven? I would hate for Bama to screw us even though we beat them.
Bottomfeeder 244
Throw away the books for the Iron Bowl. They have no bearing on the outcome of this series. Forget the books.
Tigermike 3,055
No AUBURN will not drop in the polls.
rexbo 104
LSU should drop after needing OT to beat a 3-8 team, and we should be above them since we already beat them; but I don't think that is going to happen. We should move up 2 spots I think...
Boonan 0
The spread was so thin, so if you go by that there shouldn't be a drop.
