Retroactively give the MNC to Auburn/ Oklahoma in 2004, the 2004 Heisman to Jason White (since Leinart would be ineligible to win as well) and Vince Young in 2005? The NCAA has no power over a player that has left their slavery and they do not want to go to an actual court because if they do it means that from now on they will have to produce evidence of cheating before putting a school on probation.
