ausoldiergrad 57
The all-time surprise NSD commitment would be Prater to Auburn. I'm just dreaming, but why not.
AUMed 0
With the limited amount that I know about the inner workings of the program, I would stay too but it seems that there is a lot behind the veil that people aren't seeing. I would imagine that it is getting hard to control the beast that he has bred. The Bush case is about to come to a head and the Joe McKnight situation is most likely NOT an isolated incident. Combine that with the lack of institutional control displayed by the basketball program and you have yourself a deteriorating situation and I doubt he wants his name and legacy drawn through the mud. I think it will be fun to see how he competes in a league where there is no striking talent gaps, where he can't just out talent a team (the same argument I make about Saban, yeah he is a great coach when he has better players).
