TIGGR82 4
But if the said player redshirted at a school this past year, they could transfer and be able to play Day 1, correct? I believe the sit-out is always required regardless of their time at tje previous school. Mike Blakely was only at Florida for the Spring semester, did not participate in practices and still had to sit out when he came to Auburn. AU64 10,122
There could be a "Surprise" transfer in for the OL. Is this from a pretty reliable source? Would it be someone who considered Auburn but signed elsewhere and now realizes he made a mistake? Interesting....... Yes Okay. Is it a person, place or thing? (I love 20 questions!) Would the player be required to sit out one year or would their release be unrestricted? Well at least we know it is bigger than a breadbox....(that's for all you old timers)

No. If a player has already redshirted he still has to sit a year if he transfers and lose a year of playing eligibility.
