TL;DR - A Dutch Security researcher accessed Trump's twitter account for the 2nd time in 4 years by guessing the password.

• In 2016, the password was "yourefired". The researcher reported the breach to local authorities with suggestions on how Trump could improve his password security, including using something like "maga2020!", which adds numbers and a special character to improve complexity.
• In 2020, the password was "maga2020!" EDIT: He also emailed US-CERT (a division of Homeland Security's cyber unit) to disclose the security breach, which he provided to TechCrunch.
• In both cases, 2-Factor Authentication (the process of sending a one-time-use code to a known device in order to authenticate) was not enabled, which allowed the researcher unrestricted access to the twitter account.
