UT converted far too many 3 down and long situations in that game. UT's receivers made a lot of 3rd & long catches that killed us. If we could have found a way to not turn the ball over during that game, and could have stopped some of those 3rd and long situations, this could have given us a game that most of us were expecting. I am tired of losing to Pruitt going back to the 2013 NC game.

Looks very good on both sides of the ball. I would imagine LB will be his college destination. He seems to know where the ball is going and covers ground fast in pursuit of the ball. I would love to have him.

great highlight film. He is tenacious and stays with the play until the whistle blows. I would hope we could win out against USC for him.

I am surprised that JJ is not rated higher than he is. He should be in the top 300 and likely will be there his senior season. I think the sky is the limit for this young man. I went back and rewatched his highlight film 5 times and came away more impressed with each watching. He makes plays that some college receivers can only dream of making. We have a lethal group of receivers that will rival any in the SEC. I would like to know what his forty time is; at least in the 4.4 forty range. He just flat outruns defenders.

What about Zimmerman the big OT?

He will definitely be a big get for us. I hope we are able to get our fair share of Alabama players for 2020. I really not overly concerned where they come from though as long as they want to be here and get a good education. I was looking at the majors of our players, and found that some were engineer majors of which speaks highly of the educational values of our players.

I would love nothing more than to see the NCAA come down on Kirby and the leg humpers. This would be sweet redemption no doubt. I wonder if the NCAA is looking into this?

Those crystal balls can be irritating. UGA has become a source of much irritation with recruiting and so forth. I hope we can snap a couple of big fish out of Georgia to take some of the sting from Pickens.

Love to get him although I see he is 100% leg humper. Let Caddy and Garner work on him.

I think next season will show whether or not JB is getting it done with our OL. If they keep going in the direction they did with the Purdue game, then we will be in good shape. However, you cannot base everything on one game, but after watching that game multiple times looking at different positions such as the OL and DL, you can see very solid progress. I think out defense is going to be something really special in 2019 and likely beyond. Our defense will put us in a position to win a good deal of games in 2019. If our offense can be pretty good with our D playing lights out, then winning 9 plus games is a reality and not a pipe dream. 2020 is the season I am most concerned about with the loss of the most of the OL starters. Our young DLs that have a wealth of talent will get their chance to show what they can do in 2020. We will need a great defense to carry us through the growing pains on the OL that is certain to happen. We could be looking at a 7-8 win season at best for 2020. Who knows folks.

If we land this young man, my goodness, think of the talent we will have on hand in the backfield. Boobie, Kmart, Williams, MAR. We could very well have the best RBs in the SEC. I am excited about our RB situation for 2019 and beyond. If we can get our OL situation on par with our RBs, we will be in much better shape.

how many of these do you think will be or hopefully be OTs? I heard that Jernigan is actually around 6-4 & 290 lbs.

My wife gave the flu bug to me! She came down 9 days ago with it and is now recovered. At least I am not running 102.5 fever anymore. Starting to feel a bit better with the Tamiflu doing what it is supposed to do. The first few days of it made me crazier than I normally am, but has kicked in and tonight is the best I have felt since I came down with it. It has been rough here in the mountains of NC with folks coming down with it left and right. I had the flu shot, but it doesn't always work. Tomorrow will be a better day I am sure!

Well, we did better than last year with finishing 11th. I hope we can bring in some serious OL talent in the 2020 class. The 2020 class better have some OL grad transfers who can come in and play right away. If we did not have a killer defense, we will be in some deep dodo if we cannot take care of the OL needs starting with the 2020 class. We knocked the lights out on the defensive side of the ball with the 2019 class. I like our RBs and think we hit a serious home run with MAR & Williams. I like this class and will give it a B+ overall.

I honestly think he will not make the grades to qualify. If this happens, then no loss on our end. I want to wish him well, but I hope when he lines up against our defense, he will be a target no doubt and will be given a good dose of good old slobber knocking hits every time he touches the ball. will be glad when this darn flu leaves my body. This has been the worst flu I have ever had in my 62 years on this planet!
