Coming off a dominating win over Jacksonville State, Auburn returns to the diamond for a three game series against the Radford Mountaineers. Auburn (3-1) sends Slade Smith (1-0) to the mound in the opening game of the series. The Tigers are looking to continue the offensive output shown Tuesday, as the Tigers started out strong from a Tony Caldwell grand slam and kept it up finish with 9 runs on the night. That was a horrible finish. I can't blame this on Zach. He should've been pulled after the homer or at least after the next hit. We gotta get the offense going a bit more, but I'll tell you what, are pitching and fielding are light years ahead of last year. Ethan Wallen is something very, very special, and I couldn't be happier to have him here. A tough loss but look for a strong rebound tomorrow
