DCTiger 0 Posted July 11, 2005 Share Posted July 11, 2005 Washington to Appear On 'Helmet's Off' Redskins linebacker Marcus Washington will appear on the first episode of "Helmet's Off," a new monthly television special produced by Players Inc. that is airing on Fox SportsNet this month. Marcus Washington The first episode of the show is titled "Helmet's Off: Life at the Pro Bowl," which gives viewers a behind-the-scenes look at the NFL's annual all-star game from the players' perspectives. Washington's segment focuses on his visit to Pearl Harbor in Hawaii during the week leading up to the Pro Bowl. He took in all of the sights and sounds of a submarine and battleship at the Naval base. The show also features: shadowing Phiadelphia Eagles' linebacker Jeremiah Trotter in the NFC locker room, Green Bay Packers' fullback William Henderson and running back Ahman Green interacting with fans, an unforgettable car ride to the North Shore with Kansas City Chiefs' tight end Tony Gonzalez, and a trip to the watch the University of Alabama compete against the University of Hawaii in baseball with Shaun Alexander of the Seattle Seahawks.
