Then we started hearing great things about Wilhite being a Rogers clone, and now I see Patrick Lee (listed as the Number 4 in spring) being the one to replace Pitts as the eventual starter. sportwareagle 0 Posted August 23, 2005 Share Posted August 23, 2005 I really have no idea, but if I had to guess I woulod say Pitts starts the opening series just because he has gameday experience in a big game. However, I don't think that his job is very secure and I expect to see Lee and Wilhite out there immediately, and maybe replace him as the starter by the Miss. State game.
