People come and go in all administrations some leave because they choose for others the choice is made for them. As far as White House Chief of Staff is concerned, I would think that is a fairly high stress job no matter who is President. Disclaimer: The above is a question only. Most people leave at the end of one term, or after a 2 year increment. Not in March. Not implying anything-- just pointing out that it is unusal.
