WarDlowe 39 Posted April 14, 2006 Share Posted April 14, 2006 I haven't seen a link on this on auburntigers.com or anything, but supposedly tonight is Carl Stephens day at Plainsman Park. It's his last game to call as an announcer at AU, so if you can make it out to hear this Auburn legend call his last game. The voice of Jordan-Hare Stadium for the past 27 football seasons, he has previously served as the PA announcer at Auburn basketball and baseball games and as the voice of the Auburn Marching Band at football games. He has also been the public address voice for all 13 Southeastern Conference Football Championship games, the past 14 SEC Basketball Tournaments and six SEC Baseball Tournaments.
