The only reson we weren't higher is because of the late-nite attempt to get rid of CTT. He went on and on about our team, our fans, and the "rabid" atmosphere at Auburn. He claimed that the Cubs weren't deserving as a whole because management sucked for decades, and that Cubs fans aren't die-hards, just go to the ballpark, play the woe is me card.. Haha trust me on this if the Cubs are disqualified because of poor management then my bills have to be too. For the better part of a decade the Bills management has shown as much as Ralph and the boys had it together in the late 80's early 90's they have things in a mess since. They've had great players in the past (although Nique, for some reason, wasn't voted as one of the 50 greatest players) and made it to the playoffs several times but never got over the hump. But the thing that really killed the franchise: "The Hawks had the No. 1 and No. 3 overall picks in the 1975 draft Both of their selections, David Thompson at No. 1 and Marvin Webster at No. 3, spurned Atlanta to sign with the ABA's Denver Nuggets." absolutely killed the Hawks. Didn't recover from that for a long time. I know they suck now, along with their management, but they deserved one after what happened in 75 and then in the mid 80's to the late 90's they were in the playoffs all the time. He took into account management, fans, history, and what has each club done to get to where they are. The Cubs have done nothing to deserve one.
