OU jumped UF? Why?

OU wins: North Texas, UM, Utah State and Tulsa...The only decent team they have played was Miami.

UF wins: WKU, Troy, UT, Ole Siss. Granted WKU is DII (sub, whatever). Troy win looks better after they beat OSU. 2-0 in the SEC.

The UF win over UT doesn't seem so hot right now either. UT's defense is suspect at this point in the season, they still don't have a good ground game, and Ainge still isn't the next Manning.

Ainge is still nursing a broken finger too. What happened to UT, I thought that they we in good shape personnel wise this year?

Same thing that's happened to them the last few years. They're a good team, but nothing special. They'll probably be in the top 20, maybe even around 15, at the end of the year I bet. For some reason, they're just one of those teams that has high preseason expectations and they never fulfill them.

Same thing happens with Michigan, Notre Dame, whatever Pac-10 team ESPN tries to prop up behind USC. The voters don't watch the games, they just look at the ticker and see the scores and go "Wow, Chokelahoma scored 62 on Tulsa, whoever that is, they got to be AWESOME."
