Auburn gave him a raise when he came back that paid him more than any other assistant on Tubs' staff last year and supposedly they were in the process of negiotiating another raise. Auburn was willing to atleast match what $puat offered and he walked away anyways. He also misinformed Anthony Gulley, telling him he did not have a firm offer from Auburn two day before he left for $puat, which outraged Chizik, I'm sure. Upon finding this out, Chizik immediately called Gulley and let him know that he always had that offer. Something was going on with James Willis and I am glad he is gone now.
