It is a very good article.  As I read it, I thought...you know, for those who have never played football and been in a locker room (like me), it really gives a glimpse of the "inner workings/motivation" side of things.  All of the "intrinsics" I am always hollering about.  Thank you so much for sharing!

Thanks for the post....another HC who validates the Peter Principle....promoted to his level of incompetence.    Shoulda stayed as an OC but like most in that situation, just could not resist the glory of the big job.

Somewhat off topic but Taggart has hired a Co-Offensive Coordinator. The other Co-OC is David Reaves. Worked with Taggart at USF

More interesting, they've taken control of the conditioning program away from the head coach and move it under their Sports Science department.
