  1. Backward win for OM that we intercepted. We lost about 15 yards. Still glad they came away with zip
  2. I will have more confidence in getting wins if CHF just calls set plays from the sideline (Example our slant plays against LSU) instead of leaving it up to the QBs - ditching the RPO system. BUT that will not benefit CHF's plan for building next year and years to come. I think he is set on getting through the season with the RPO system and limiting on him sending in set plays taking away all decision making from the QBs.
  3. The only thing I can think of is that CHF is using this as a "learning" year in order to provide a foundation to build on for next year and years to come. He has an entire roster who has never run his system. He might now be frustrated enough to go to a more traditional approach and just call set plays from the sideline like Gus did, but I think he really wants to weather this storm now so his complete system will become more functional with better players and current players for next year. Hopefully by year 3 we will have a complete functional offense while just utilizing the portal to fill in a spot here and there. Look at his OM tenure: Year 1: 7-6 Year 2: 8-5 Year 3: 9-4 Year 4: 10-3 Year 5: Vacated
  4. I have no faith in our remaining away games. Could Vandy beat Cal? I can only hope we beat MSU and surely the NMS game is a win.
  5. Just put away the RPO game plan and run a traditional offense.
  6. Let’s just forfeit the rest of our away games and put all emphasis on our home games.
  7. We were at that game as well as the “interception” game. I don’t even want to talk about the “earthquake” game. I can only hope that PT can have a Bo Nix type phenom game and Auburn wins.
  8. Apparently there is supposed to be a solar eclipse before the game on Saturday. I can only hope Auburn wins in some form or fashion and we can call this the Solar Eclipse Game.
  9. I wasnt referring to Payton.
  10. We need receivers who can catch and run correct routes on a regular basis. I heard C.Burton is injured and may redshirt. We need a QB who has a 55%+ completion percentage. This year we will be lucky to get 7 wins. Next year will be interesting if we can get 2-3 true freshmen WRs in here with talent combined with Thorne or possibly Walker White (who can come in early and go through spring practice. ) **Robby needs to go with baseball full time (Gabe Gross)**
  11. 41% completion percentage.
  12. I bet we do see RA at WR - wideout. Something like what we saw in 2010 with Cam at wideout catching a fade from Kodi Burns. Although I think it will be more of a distraction play with Robby lined up out wide. Could be a reverse or speed sweep type play.
  13. Hindsight is 20/20. I was very frustrated last week being with in 5 yards of the goal line and not running. Now after the 2nd half I realized we could have scored at will on samford and needed to work on the RZ RPOs in the first half. CHF has a plan and I can only hope that this plan comes to fruition Saturday against tam = Tennessee Game 2004.
  14. So does Robby line up at WR on Saturday?
  15. SIAP: It only seems like this kid ought to come to Auburn. 4* RB from Ohio. https://247sports.com/player/bo-jackson-46133496/
  16. This is the hand that we have been dealt. RA just needs to move to WR/speed sweep/Wild Cat.
  17. 6 win ceiling with the QBs we have now. If this is who we have come August - HG Starter; TJ/Hank 2nd/3rd string; Move RA to WR/speed sweep/wild cat.
  18. In the student section for the 86 game was just about up there with 89. Man the 80s were AUsome! So hope we can get back to greatness!!!
  19. So what your saying is we have to be in the top 10 in scoring to win the national championship!
  20. 2021 uat game was it for me - when Harsin thought he could outlast uat talent in OT. I was screaming to go for 2 in the first OT!!!! Win it or lose it right there! LSU learned from Harsins bad coaching this year!
