for those talking about lack of passing game … the game plans have been f’n horrible … you can scheme around some of the issues we have … some of the easiest fixes are 1) throw the ball in the middle of the field 2) use drags &/or delay routes near the line of scrimmage 3) for the love please … PLEASE … can we get a coach that has more than one live route on a pass attempt … I realize that we probably can’t block long enough to do check downs BUT we have QB’s looking at one receiver through Malzahn, Harsin & now Freeze … completely absurd

you can but obviously Freeze & Montgomery are too f’n ignorant to have a better game plan … the middle of the field ia always, ALWAYS, open in the college game

we’ve got 26 yards passing … this is absurd … completely unacceptable

said it week 1 & got blasted … Thorne can’t play … Ashford isn’t great BUT gives us the best chance to compete

the O line was terrible in pass block yesterday … TAMU exploited it … when RA came in they didn’t rush from the corners & their D line just held ground … that’s good coaching PT will look incredible against the Samford’s but IMO can’t handle SEC competition with all that said you can offset the rush with better play-calling … 12 yd routes are worthless when you have less than 3 seconds to throw … run a few TE delays or maybe a WR drag on about 5 yd routes in the middle of the field im thoroughly unimpressed with Montgomery so far … I do realize that we’re not loaded with talent but I believe a better game plan would help

should be Ashford but probably won’t be … I imagine PT will start i know that most will disagree but RA gives us the best shot to win each week i said it after the first game & got blasted BUT Thorne is very, VERY average

can’t rush the passer & can’t block the rush … bad combination

plus play calling isn’t helping … can’t run 12 yd routes when you can’t block … need to park someone in the middle of the field in about a 5 yd route

put in Ashford … at least he can run … will slow down some of that rush cause the O line cannot pass block

this team looks completely ill prepared for this game

Josh Allen couldn’t have played behind some of the O lines that Bo played with … can’t blame him for moving on

O line did not look great in pass protection … especially Miller … really struggled … didn’t look great on run blocking either BUT we have some talented RB’s … got to hang on to the ball though D looked pretty good … secondary seems to be solid … Asante is a baller posted last week & will say it again here … Thorne is very average … sincerely hope I’m wrong

I work for Charter Spectrum … I think it will be resolved by mid next week … the mouse is trying to pass along their $3 BILLION commitment to the cable companies … Charter was first but Comcast, Cox, Dish, DTV, etc. won’t be far behind … billionaires negotiating with billionaires never works out well for us common folks

good, solid performance in a warmup game … my personal observations Thorne is a VERY average QB … he’s a game manager … when we’re ahead we’ll love him, when we’re behind we won’t … I sincerely hope I’m wrong but I’m not Robby can be an excellent QB … he has exceptional talent running the ball but desperately needs to learn some touch … I think he may be the starter before the end of the year O line looked MUCH improved … that’s wasn’t hard to do BUT looked much better nonetheless I believe that the secondary can be very good but I think the D line is a concern … we’ll see I ❤️ out new return guy … my dude is exciting

unfortunately it’s already too late to get a handle on this … NIL & the transfer portal have ruined college football agree with the post above though … the signing bonus is where rookies get the big $’s (i.e. guaranteed money) … if Joe or Trevor never play another year both should be set for life at some point I hope the NCAA &/or the professional leagues will regulate this circus but I have my doubts
