Would have gone but down in NOLA enjoying the grandson and crawfish. One of my sons went and reported great. Today should be a fun one in Auburn. Gowebb11 9,328 Posted April 6 Share Posted April 6 (edited) Huge win last night. Came out flat today. Will have to empty the tank tomorrow and try to rebound to take the series. UT has an interesting roster. They are all huge and hit nothing soft. They mash or K. And the UT pitcher is averaging 12 pitches per inning through 5. Watched both in person and it's like observing professional vs. amateur in talent/skills and coaching. Of course, they will take their occasional loss but it's probably because they had an off-game vs. being out competed. At least so far. Are they out recruiting Auburn or just developing players much better? Auburn seems to sign a highly ranked class most years. How are they superior in coaching to Auburn? Pitching staff is dreadful most of the time and that’s especially disappointing when so many of them are juniors and seniors.
