Per Rivals: 2010 PF Heath Houston (6-7, 230) from Hillgrove HS in Powder Springs, GA, has committed to Auburn. He chose AU over Tulane and Cincinatti.

Is there any kind of rating system for bsketball recruits like the star system for football recruits?

Yes. Heath Houston has not currently not been evaluated or he is unranked. But yes there is a system for ranking basketball recruits.
