I know some of the staff at UAB, the kid is very very talented but very lazy and unmotivated. Let hope he has an NFL season this year because this will be his money year. Things change and priorities do too. He has a kid and is engaged to be married. Let hope he comes in motivated and works hard. Harsin and Mason are going to require this.

I do love the Mikey's of the world defending this then in the past have blasted other AU coaching for bringing kids like this in.

If Gus was wasn't on the hot he wouldn't be after this kid. That is the whole point. I don't want to hear you or others defending this then turn around and say something negative about Trooper, Looper, DC or Thig. Never again. I'll just ask one thing and I'll be done. Why did AU not have much intrest at all with this kid till now. Even when he wasn't committed to UT. It isn't like we weren't recruiting multiple UT commits. Anyways, spin on my friends.

All of the top schools have passed on this kid. He has lots and lots and lots of baggage. Huge risk. When Saban passes on a kid because of baggage, well you get the picture. That is where we are right now. FWIW.

Some can play a lot harder than others. Some play the game the right and smart way. Let you guess which ones fall into those two categories.

Lee was going to play his senior season. Was going thru all the spring and summer workouts. Couple of his teammates tested positive for Cov-19, he has a infant kid at the house, so he decided to sit out. Legit reasoning. All AU right now. Does need to get into some kind of workout regimine.

This isn't true. He had a plan to be here at least 2 years. That job came out of nowhere and he took it. He wanted to be a HC again. That part is true. Chad has zero desire to be a HC again. That is the difference.

I can say with upmost certainty that he has zero desire to be a HC again in the upcoming future. Not even in his plans at all. But we all know in 3 to 4 years all that could change.

Don't believe he would. Pretty certain he wouldn't in fact. As long as he is allowed to do his thing and not be messed with a bunch.

Kid is real good and a great get. I just wish he was heavier. As far as Morris. He isn't looking to go anywhere to be a HC anytime soon. He just wants to coach football. That is it. So as long as he is allowed to do his thing, he has to be successful doing his thing, and someone doesn't meddle I can see him being here for a long while.

Davis is the better QB than Garnet the day Davis steps on campus. Davis is real real good. IMO. And it isn't even close.

Won't be a NCAA decision. Will be a SEC decision with the other conferences following the SEC's lead. IMO. Will really be the SEC's schools Presidents decisions.

I was told that they were going to have a couple of weeks during the summer, late June or July, like spring ball then start back in August. We shall see what happens.

I have no idea. Don't even think the coaches could tell you. Crazy times. Do believe that Chad is running the offense. So that is one positive.

People are dumb. Nix will be a JR when Davis gets on campus. Sit a year or maybe two behind Nix, redshirt and learn the offense. Take over a a RS freshman or RS sophomore. Win win win for all involved.

Nix isn't the type of QB that Chad is going after or the direction he will take in the next few years. Not a knock on anyone but this is true. From all I see, Chad is running the show. He will work his offense around Bo but will see the Davis's of the world from here on out.
