Generational talent level in-state, limits raised on number of recruits that can sign, basically unrestricted transfers, and NIL money that can legally flow to recruits. If there were ever a year where Auburn could overhaul their roster and get well quick, this is it. And we're failing in every category while our competitors fully take advantage. Really bad setback for the program.

Thank you for the rational thoughts, as usual. One of the main problems as I see it is that the Administration is in constant flux. Either a Pres or an AD is going in or out at any particular time (like now) so there is no continuity of thought at the top. You end with snap decision makers doing stupid things like extending coaches with limited abilities well past their expiration date and hiring coaches with no clue how to recruit this region. Also, in the biggest non-surprise ever, Auburn has been slow to react to the changes in the portal and NIL. It’s frustrating and I’m afraid rather than “all orange” or “true blue” games, we’re about to see a lot more “aluminum seat” games in the near future.

And he makes blunders all the time. I was in the car right before KO and he said PSU was 2-2 coming into the game. The only other time I listened to him this year, he kept calling M’ba “Em-bow”.

The worst play of the game was the completely obvious fake punt they ran close to halftime near midfield. Stop the fake, go into the half up at least 21-3 and we blow them out. Instead, half of our players had their backs to the runner after the snap, they pick up the first, score and stay alive. Utterly inexcusable.
