  1. There were coaching conflicts in Tuberville and Bowden’s stints as well and probably the others surrounding those. I don’t think it’s uncommon it’s just glaring when combined with poor results on the field.
  2. That would possibly be some interesting chaos. I doubt he’d go but who knows.
  3. A disgruntled former employee pointing fingers??? What? No!
  4. Wait till you start having three or four top players on a contender team join together for a group payout. Or an entire position group. 😬
  5. It would be fun to see our guys make an amazing catch every once in a while also. 🤤
  6. Nobody has mentioned Dell McGee yet? 😎
  7. His #1 WR is in as well. May as well bring in some chemistry. 😎
  8. Other than changing somebody’s mind that’s already committed it’s getting pretty thin. 🤔🤞🏼 Personally I hope we bring Salter in, but what do I know. 🤷🏻‍♂️
  9. Might add a third player to the game or it might help us. 🤔
  10. I believe today is the last day to enter. Once in they can commit any time before the school’s enrollment deadline…. I think. 😄
  11. That seems high but I can imagine a conversation happening where Freeze was “encouraged” to produce some on the field progress. I think that bowl game was not good at getting everyone on board with a “lets take our time and build it” approach.
  12. Agreed. I think one thing it may have also done is tilted the transfer qb option significantly more toward reward than risk. I understood that Freeze didn’t want to lose his two most experienced QBs on the chance that a transfer QB doesn’t work out. Now that we have some indication that Hank could step in if necessary, I’m hoping he has changed his mind really tries to get a difference maker.
  13. We definitely seemed unmotivated during a few of the games this year. I imagine there are lots of moving parts to that. Definitely starts with the coaches, then the leaders. Also helps if you are deep enough to put somebody’s butt on the bench. The top consistent programs are going to be good on all three of those.
  14. I think after what we saw yesterday, that if Holden and Payton both left because we brought in a transfer that no one would second guess the decision. Whatever hope that was left for a significant improvement next year from Payton took a big hit and Holden didn’t show anything better. If this imaginary transfer ran either of them off and we flopped I don’t think many would say we should have stuck with what we had. At this point I think lots of people would be fine just seeing what we could do with Hank at the wheel. Sorry, yesterday was just brutal. 😣
  15. I would think that techniques between a lot of positions coaches are similar at this level and that getting talent and being able to motivate are a more significant differentiator. of course that is just my untrained opinion. 🤷🏻‍♂️
  16. Going to be interesting to see who we try and bring in for visits starting on the 3rd and whether the qb vibe has changed enough to look at that again.
  17. I think going there from Alabama was an opportunity for him to be DC. I wouldn’t think Colorado had much to work with. It sounds like the co-DC is just a feel good title and he’s reportedly an amazing recruiter. Maybe it’s an awful hire but I don’t see why at the moment.
  18. Am I missing something that makes this a bad hire?
