  1. Travis >>>>> Williamson. At least the DA in Williamson doesn't make everything a politically charged equity-driven witch-hunt.
  2. Well, it's Austin. He might not have used a City Council member's preferred pronoun. It takes real work to get arrested in Austin these days. EDIT - looks like domestic assault, which again in Austin can be almost anything. Whatever it is, if the DA doesn't like him, he will run through grand juries until he finds one that will indict him, just like he did with the poor guy who shot an Antifa member who was on the hood of his car pointing an assault rifle at him. I think that one took either 6 or 8 grand juries to get an indictment.
  3. Fun fact - Rudi had his car packed up and was heading out to some G5 school when xCTT called him and told him to head toward AU. Then later his draft assessment was something like "Bowling ball RB who brings it on every down, should be a quality backup" He had a lot of positive things to say about AU during his pro career.
  4. Then there's Martavious Houston on Ed Scissum. It's at about the 10 minute mark in the link, may not have been on the level of Rosegreen's lick, but it changed a game that we were all but finished in.
  5. Brett Favre said the hardest hit he ever experienced Pro or College came from Carlo.
  6. Tweeted late yesterday that he was offered. EDIT - I see now he's a MSU WR who's in the portal.
  7. @aubiefifty There's a good piece by AU Tigerette Dana Hall McCain on Freeze and 2nd chances, I believe it's on AL.com
  8. I think the confusion was that Bird said "Coach CK thinks highly of him (Garrett)", BB in a Golf moment then linked Coach CK's bio. Or maybe we hired CK too and the Golf moment was Bird blabbing the news. 😉
  9. He didn't say anything about his injuries in public until ITAT broke the story.
  10. IDK about the rest of the forum, but I've been a RA supporter since the beginning. Kid has shown flashes, and I think he starts again in '23.
  11. Poor Sean's injuries always seemed significant enough to take him out of the game right away. Last one was a broken arm IIRC. I'd like to have seen what he could have done with one healthy season.
  12. Cox played most of one year with the majority of his thigh black from a deep bruise. He had trouble with his throwing footwork all year, and was particularly bad in one game where there was a sudden cold snap that hit on gameday, Arkansas maybe? Nix played hurt a good bit too. As I said last Saturday after the IB on here, RA is a warrior, and he can QB my team anytime.
  13. Neither. Go read the complaint. A settlement of something that vague is usually more akin to a contract negotiation. If the plaintiffs had a real case for something traumatic, there would have been no settlement that didn't get substantial PR or at least leakage.
  14. See my post above. She was openly and regularly baiting the university and its administrators. She's an attention junkie, and if you read the actual complaint made by the 12 plaintiffs in her case, it's a pretty darn vague and general complaint about "environment".
  15. Not an hour after I got my AU degree, I was pulled over by the AU PD for driving on campus (illegal then for students). I showed him my laminated wallet diploma (do we still give those out at graduation?) and basically told him to go f himself. I'd have told CPD or the Dean of Engineering the same thing after I had the diploma. Nothing intimidating about it. She had her diploma already. She needs to move on and get attention for something positive in life.
  16. One more time - she was NOT a student. He had no power over her at all.
  17. The legal aspect had already been over for years at the time of the DM. She was also no longer a student, and he may well not have even known she was one of the 12 plaintiffs in a case that didn't hold water. All he had was that she was attacking the University and a guy he considered his friend.
  18. How 'bout you find at least one source that is not a blazing craphole of raging wokesters with an agenda? Some of it might be believable then.
  19. Likewise, thank you for taking the time to understand the real situation, rather than running around in "sky is falling" mode! 😁
  20. So you're also well-informed about the character of the AD that CHF defended? An AD who wasn't even at Liberty when the alleged assault (thrown out in court) happened?
  21. This, and for those who don't understand the facts as outlined in a video linked in several other posts on this site: For those who won't/can't watch a vid, the TL:DR version: 1. ALLEGED sexual assault at Liberty happened THREE YEARS BEFORE CHF even showed up on campus. 2. The assault charges were THROWN OUT in court. 3. The players named counter-sued, also thrown out. 4. The AD CHF defended IN PRIVATE to the girl who pressed the charges that the court threw out was also NOT the AD at Liberty when the false assault happened.
  22. Don't. This video needs to be crammed down the throats of some folks to get them to even comprehend it. For those who won't/can't watch a vid, the TL:DR version: 1.
  23. So let me get this straight - you're going to lie about/deny prior connections to AU, perhaps you're even a graduate? The Christian Faith I follow is all about owning your past and being forgiven for it where needed. Maybe you need to think a little harder about that ministry of yours.
  24. Barkley hinted that ATM or another SEC power, one planning a "shocker firing", also has plans to go after Prime.
