  1. Is it just me or is the torn Pec a modern day injury? Can't recall seeing this in the 70's, 80's 90's. If that's the case, why?
  2. WOO. Gameday experience, Baby. I for one can do without the cacophony of "hype" music in stadium.
  3. may get the Arizona State treatment after the game
  4. so you trust your coaching future to a gimmick play on 2nd and goal??
  5. see now is when you FAKE the throw to the flats and go elsewhere. I think they've got that one covered
  6. top it off with puzzling to say the least play calls. throwing into double / triple coverage
  7. jeez. the dump to tank in the flat AIN'T there. quit forcing it;
  8. I still remember Jeremy Johnson sitting alone with a 1000 yd stare and nary a coach in sight. Brady has a three and out and he's holding a conference with coaches linemen....
  9. Joe Tessatore. very polarizing P-B-P. was on MNF with booger and Co
  10. someone explain to me the logic in throwing a WR screen(?) with one guy trying to block 2? seems like that's Auburn's go-to throw for 1 yd gain.
  11. sayyy, let's put our slowish DB on the 100/200 meter Ga High School state champ WR and see how that goes
  12. when you have 3 pass blocking 1, you hope somebody might think "hmmm, maybe I should be looking backside, just in case"
  13. seems like everybody could block down, utilize angles more, pulling tackles, guards. coupled with misdirection or change of direction runs. anything but standing toe to toe.
  14. I asked a similar question on another thread. If you were gonna fire him after a loss, what did he do today that drastically changed your perception of him as a coach? the other team screwed the pooch twice and handed the team a win. "heck of a job there, coach"
  15. IF, (big if) the Auburn President and Board had decided going in that Harsin would be gone with a loss today, why would that win change the decision process?
  16. It shouldn't matter but I'm going to assume most of these guys are just playing for pride, right now. Do any of them need to worry about impressing scouts?.
  17. he failed to adjust at all last week when it was most obvious that was what was needed. I predict only minute changes against Mizzou. He (like a lot of coaches) just can't be made to get out of his comfort zone. See: Auburn football 2013-2020
  18. not too far off the mark. do something. anything. different than what hasn't been working with regards to the OL getting worked. changing QB's won't solve that. changing the way you attack the Defense with play design might. If the coaches can't change strategy mid game then AU's in big trouble. If the collective football IQ of the team is so low that changing schemes to address the issues mid game is a non starter, then you compound the ineptitude.
  19. 4th and 1, running QB and that's the best play you got?
  20. 2 pt conversion. If it's indeed a "run all the way" (?) then why does he run backwards 5 yds at the snap? got that much further to run
