Well, how many coaches did he change out with the apparent goal of getting better? The two main ones in my mind were both OC and DC ( usually where the during game decisions originate). Looks like to me he is doing just as good if not better in HS recruiting and the portal, with new ( definitely he believes) better on field decisions/game plans. I realize we have to wait for better “results” but definitely can see him chasing that goal.

I think it depends on what type system is being used. Our system takes awhile due to the defense requirements.

I agree, but would add that QB has to be addressed. We need to land another standout to follow up White. Understand that you can bring someone in with a great deal of potential but they don’t work out.

Everybody ( coaches, teams, and players) are searching for whats best for them. Better get used to new teams each year and learn to enjoy it.
