I guess I could get over the fact that he was a damn yankee.

Here's to you General!  My new Civil War hero!

Technically ( I believe ) he was a passing thru  Yankee not a Damned one.  I have  been sending Happy Croxton day messages, without an explaination  to one of my favorite Bamrs today.  He is at least an alum.  Bless his heart.

Can't personally celebrate though he did my family wrong before he visited Tuscaloosa.

I guess I can have a toast to both tonight.

Happy Croxton day Tigers !

Just finished off my 1st one for the good ole Gen. Croxton

With all the storms tonight, could it be too much to ask for his ghost to help some lightning to strike Dinky Chumps!!

Well, I would prefer it either be a Balvenie 16yo Scotch or even JW Blue, but tonight I am going to have to settle with a few Sam Adams Latitude 48 IPAs.....

It is very rare that I drink, (I know alot of you find that hard to believe  ;D), but I will be drinking a shot of Jager to pay homage to the old General. He did us proud. I honor what you did good General, War Eagle to you sir!

WDE to the 101!

A great choice since part of his troop was from KY.

I like the Scotch, a tribute to Croxton's  Scots Irish heritage.

JW blue = deeper pockets than mine.

Have a little Lafroigh Cask Strength and will make it work.

It is the smokiest of the Scotches.

Whatever your choice enjoy and Kick 'em in the Butt Big Blue!
