Great win, Auburn.  I hate I missed that.  Varandore showed up big.  It would be huge if we could get the sweep tomorrow, but were already playing with house money.

Arkansas played on Thursday night so they've already finished up their series, if we win tomorrow we're tied for first.  Already getting this series win guarantees us to be in position to make a run at the western division title these last 2 weekends.  Remember we have the tiebreaker over Arkansas.

We need to sweep to cancel out last weekend's sweep at the hands of USC, but great series win already.

I've bashed our pitching all year long, so I'm gonna give credit where credit is due. The pitching has been great the past two days! Jacobs and Varnadore came out throwing all their pitches for strikes, getting ahead in the count (for the most part) and locating their pitches. Great job by those guys.

Still would like to see our offense hit better with RISP. Hopefully we'll break out today.
