I think he has a chance to get the nomination. Not so sure he could win the presidency. Too many voters in the "middle" to get someone so far left elected. Tagging himself as a "socialist" will hurt him. Throw all that out if the R's nominate someone as equally as far right. It's a toss up then in the general election. Whose crazies can get more votes.

I don't think he does. If Hillary gets taken down by all the various scandals hanging out there (emails, Benghazi, etc), I think either Jim Webb or Biden will become the eventual nominee. Sanders will make some noise though and will force Hillary to have to answer questions she'd rather not. It will make whoever gets the nomination have to deal with so much pushback from the Left, they'll find it difficult to position themselves early in the process as a centrist for the general election.

Sanders has a shot....but it will all depend on who he's up against once Hillary falls off the map....if she does. Many Democrats will vote for her regardless.
