That's why you see so much of this and never any proof of wrongdoing. Until the NCAA makes a rule against it, no use sweating over it. The paper trail on these is almost always clean. Well, in theory a kid in law school or med school could get the same type of loan. In theory. Definitely a nice little loophole that can be abused.
