...to the country that openly sponsors terrorism, and seemingly all forms of militant Islam.

Of course, we know this is Rex Tillerson's deal.  Got to keep those Exxon-Aramco relations on solid ground.

It would be kind of nice to have the Saudi's acknowledge their implicit and explicit support of radical Islam is a large part of the problem.

Wonder if Rex even brought that up?     Naaah.

Wonder if Obama brought it up when he gave millions of dollars in cash (delivered on pallets) to the Iranians?  Naaaah.

You are confusing Obama with Bush and Iran with Iraq.

Regardless, the subject at hand has to do with Saudi Arabia and current policy, not with a nuclear arms treaty.

No, I am not confusing anything, but you clearly are.

And the subject of Saudi Arabia has to do with an anti-terrorism cooperative being formed in the middle-east.

1) If you want to discuss the Iranian nuclear deal, then start a thread.  I'd love to discuss it (again).

2) Exactly.  Congratulations.

To further illustrate the complexity of the problem - and the compliciancy of some Islamic societies -  this guy was home grown.

It would be soooo much easier if we could bomb some Middle Eastern enclave from which he emitted.

We (meaning the world) have to address the social aspects (indoctrination) of radicalism that underlies terrorism of all varieties.

LONDON -- Police on Tuesday identified the man who blew himself up the previous night at an Ariana Grande concert in Manchester, England, as 22-year-old Salman Abedi. CBS News confirmed Abedi was known to British authorities prior to the attack.

An unnamed European security official told The Associated Press that Abedi was a Briton of Libyan descent.

Guy's, when has it mattered who was president in this particular relationship?  We fund both sides always have.  Destabilization is the game plan.
