The law should determine whether what he did was criminal or not. The law does exactly that. It's called the constitution.

Just leaving this clip from the Tax article here. Also we were pretty much founded upon tax avoidance.

Tax avoidance is legal, as you and everybody who has given the term a moment's thought knows. The writers know this as well, but chose to try to hoodwink the poorly informed. DKW 86 7,437
We dont know enough to say that, either way. My guess is that if you read the court papers and the Treasury Dept letters, that you would find that Trump was still using write-offs for about 10-15 years after his last bankruptcy. It was for like $2BN. I dont see those declared in the few papers we see now. IOW, Trump was such a ******* disaster as a businessman, that his write-offs are carrying him for a decade or more. The far more important part of all this is: Trump is not welcome in any bank in North America. Deutsche Bank owns the mofo. And they are being drilled for helping him so far. He has few, to little, to no really successful businesses in his portfolio. Most are true financial disasters. The Clown owes $421M in PERSONAL, NOT CORPORATE, loans coming due soon. Anyone want to bet on who refinances him? I bet almost no one would take the hit. Folks, he is 74. Basically other than life insurance, he PROBABLY cant pay crap on those loans. He can sell off some or be forced to sell off some to all of his holdings. His reputation is more BS than any form of fact. The man has always been a joke, a clown in a business suit. Unfortunately, we here in America are sssooo cosmically f'in dumb, we as a culture worship celebrity. Whether it is a Kardashian, an Oprah, The Donald, etc we, as a culture worship the worst of society in the name of celebrity. The press and the MSM, maybe other than Barbara Walters, worshipped this guy for decades. Oprah, Scarborough, Brezinski, the entire ABC Network, CNN, MSNBC, TMZ, E Channel!, etc all loved the bastiche until he ran for President. If they could have kept from slobbering all over his knob, or kissing his ass for 3 decades he wouldnt be here and we wouldnt be here.
