Not exactly true....Lou Holtz suspended his all SWC running back and two other key starters in mid December and basically said we will figure out ALL the details when we get back. Things may have been worse in January had he played them, but what he did was unprecedented. He took Ark to the Orange Bowl and played #2 OU and beat them (31-6) without those 3 starters on offense.
