Tony McDaniel changes his mind about going pro. I wonder what the real reason is. For those that need a reminder, this is the kid that assaulted another student (non-athlete) in a basketball game last summer.

Part of McDaniel's plea agreement was to pay restitution to Goodrich. Bosch said Friday that his client had completed the payments, but would not disclose the amount.

However, it appears Caveman is correct. I found this on Fox Sports, which talks about a civil suit.
