Proud Tiger 4,261
Ole Miss announced Saturday that Jerrell Powe will not be elgible to play at Ole Miss this year because he wasn't cleared by the NCAA Clearing House. You may recall the Powe was a prized OL recruit from Mississippi in 2005 who first stiffed LSY and then Auburn. http://sportsillustrated.cnn.com

sogaaufan 27
I saw this guy play in the Alabama-Mississippi All-Star game his senior year. He had no business being there. Before the first play from scrimmage, he took an unbelievably cheap shot on the opposing center. Forearm under the chin before the snap when the center wasn't looking. He spent the rest of the game on his fat butt about ten yards off the ball. I don't recall him making one tackle, but was involved in several shoving matches after the snap. I left with the feeling that he was a waste of a schollie. So far, he has been,TWICE.
GalensGhost 0
They don't need him. Schaeffer is going to take the field by himself and score on every play. Michael Vick wishes he was Michael Spurlock, err... Brent Schaeffer
DKW 86 7,431
BS is the New Brodie Croyle. He will hike the ball to himself, then make a beautiful throw and then catch and run for a score all while blocking for himself as well. At least the fans havent made the 2 Heisman's claim so far...
