Waynesboro Defensive Tackle Jerrell Powe will not be signed by the Rebels today. More academic progress needs to be made and some issues resolved before Jerrell will be signed by Ole Miss. Nobody knows yet when that time will come - that has yet to be determined, but do not expect anything to transpire on the situation in the immediate future.

We spoke with Jerrell late last night and he understands what is taking place. He remains as steadfast in his quest as ever and said he will be a Rebel next year.
