After the scandals, the up and down seasons, the injuries and the just terrible seasons that have defined Auburn basketball for 15 years we need a fresh face coach with a genuine enthusiasm for coaching. I still say that man is Ed Cooley. Just posted the best record in school history at Fairfield and was a great recruiter at Boston College as an assistant for Al Skinner.

Never heard of Ed Cooley or Farifield for that matter. I must be out of the loop. I don't imagine he would be the kind of hire JJ will make though considering what we will be offering the new HC in salary and benefits.
