Asst. Coach Bryan Bartley

I know it's late in the game, but I just wanted to put in a good word for Bryan Bartley, who was an assistant coach under Lebo.

From what I have heard, when Lebo was dumped, the players turned to Bartley for assurance.  He had recruited many of them.  One reason they are staying at Auburn was because of Bartley's input and hours on the cell phone.

Lebo chose not to take Bartley to East Carolina, mainly because he was not in Lebo's main circle.

I know that Barbee has brought his staff to Auburn.  I'm just hoping there is a spot for Coach Bartley.  A lot of us know him and his family, and they truly have become Auburn folk, as evidenced by the loyalty they have shown to Auburn during this transition. 

A tireless recruiter like Bartley is no doubt getting some offers.  I hope we keep him here.

I saw this also.

Hopefully ST--or someone else that knew Bartley while he was here--can shed some light on this. Perhaps he had a child in school in Auburn and is visiting?
