Why does Big 12 get the Pass on BCS?

Years ago, Nebraska was blown out by Colorado and then still played in the Rose Bowl in the BCS-NC Game.

Last year, OU was blown out by KSU. They then go to BCS-NC Game again?

What is up with this?

Why does the Big-12 get the free pass and the rest of America get over looked?

Even though OU and USC would probably be there this year, the NCAA is going to have to relent to the hords of people screaming for a playoff system. The BCS has and is continuing to be exposed for what it really is, a poor attempt for a group of biased voters to continue to crown a (still) mythical National Champion. And by biased, I don't mean they discriminate against certain schools, but tend to vote the same way throughout the season based on their preseason assumptions just because they don't want to admit they were wrong to begin with. Something has got to change, and hopefully this will be the year which mandates that change.

USC is getting a free pass this year because 1) writers are wanting to make sure their predictions come out ok and 2) the preseason polls.

USC has not even dominated the Pac-10 like they should have to be ranked #1. USC should be #3. OU and Auburn have played considerably tougher schedules.
