You’re right Dixie, they’ve exceeded expectations of how all 3 of our starters have gone down at some point and how our big gun hitters have failed to produce like we know they can. I’m confident in this team. Let’s win it. Let’s take this dream

I don't think there's anything that can or will be done about that. Fans can yell whatever they want and it's up to the players to ignore them. Can they stop Vandy's whistler? He's doing nothing but trying to affect the opponent's performance. If a fan yells "ball" and the batter takes a strike, what then? Where would a line be drawn? Players have to be aware that stuff like that is going to happen, and coaches should give periodic reminders. Sad, but that one was on us.
