I thought the women were pretty lackluster today. VAR saved them and got them going. Glad they won and the Netherlands were never going to score, but Rapino and Morgan were sloppy all day. Hoping that’s Ellis’s last game as coach.

Glad Lavelle is so damn young though. Best player on the field.

Was fun to watch the US women win it again.  We deserved the title but the world is closing the gap.  In the near turn, teams like Sweden, Canada and Japan are gonna pay the price for these up and coming European countries.  I don’t know if it’ll happen in 4 years but 8 years from now the women’s game is gonna be tough.
