I'm just going to enjoy watching Cadillac lead the team on the field tomorrow and take a day off from worrying about the next head coach. There is nothing like watching an Auburn man lead Auburn men.

A little surprised nobody has mentioned Rodney Garner. Never been a coordinator or head coach, but has coached on SEC championship teams at three different schools, played and learned under Pat Dye and is a great recruiter. Probably knows and has worked with more assistants in the SEC than anyone. He would certainly know who to hire as coordinators and might just be smart enough to just let them do their job. I'm sure I'll be given a hundred reasons why this is a bad idea, but I thought I'd throw it out there.

The sideline reporter halftime question should be "Coach, have you picked a moving company yet?'

Mark My Word: At some point this season, Bo Nix will be mentioned as a Heisman contender. Mark My Word: Georgia will have three losses, bama two, A & M four Mark My Word: Anders Carlson wins the Groza Award and kicks us to a win in Athens.

Best is probably 8-4, worst case is we break out those orange jerseys because we've become Tennessee.

If we win six games or less, I think the only way he is assured of another year is if one of those wins is against Georgia or bama.

Been going to Auburn games for over fifty years, and had season tickets the last 45, but I've never been less hopeful than I am now. I'll be in the stands doing all I can to support them, but last year's losing record, five game losing streak (worst in 71 years), and the blown double digit leads at home don't give me much confidence that this year's less talented team will fair better. I think we start out 3-0 and still end up with seven losses.

For everyone blaming this on the "powers that be": Please list these individuals by name and your relationship to them, also please include what you directly heard them say regarding Coach Harsin and to whom it was said.

Never. I hate bama, I hate their midget coach, their lousy band, their stupid cheers, their chubby flag girls and their toothless, sister humping, trailer dwelling, bean eating fans. When I was at Auburn, the USSR national basketball team played bama in an exhibition game in Birmingham. My friends and I drove up and cheered for the Russians.

I think officials should be made available to the press after each game, just like players and coaches.
