After a couple of years of reading, this is my first post. It was a fantastic 17 game stretch, but all good things come to an end. If our yearly quest is to win championships (West, SEC, National) as stated numerous times by our coaches, players and athletic director, there can be no excuses. You are how you play. You play how you are coached. You coach how you prepare.

I don't care about the first three games. They are done. I care about the next nine. The facts as of today are the offense can't win every game, the defense can't stop anybody and there will not be a coordinator change during the year.

That being said, the coaching staff and team need to dig deep and man up. They clearly set expectations and will be held to them accordingly. This was a character building day. Take it and use it. Play smart. Play hard. Play fast. Play fearless. We will love you no matter what!
