Also, I edited the thread title.  "Sex abuse" is used to describe something different than what happened here (sexual misconduct or harassment).  The "abuse" term is generally used in situations where there is a person in power taking advantage of their authority or responsibility over another person to involve them in sexual activity.  It's more than just a boss - subordinate type of situation.  It's usually something along the lines of a child and an adult, a child and an older child, a patient and a doctor, a student and a teacher, a parishioner and a priest, etc.
